• Tips for a Stress Free Morning!


    1. Try to get a good night’s sleep and drink plenty of water the day before.
    2. Try not to leave anything to the last minute. The last thing you want to be doing on the morning of your wedding is finishing off tasks.
    3. Appoint someone else as the point of contact for all suppliers and guests so you don’t have to worry about taking calls.
    4. Plan some light snacks for breakfast/brunch such as a fruit platter as you probably wont be eating until dinner and you don’t want to be feeling sick during the day.
    5. Stick to your usual facial routine, don’t do anything crazy like try out a new product just in case of a reaction.
    6. Do not under any circumstances squeeze any blemish on your face. Leave it and your makeup artist will decide how best to deal with it.
    7. Do not do a last-minute wax, pluck, shave or self-tan. (Brides do crazy things on the morning of their wedding days. If you are unsure about something, ask your bridesmaids.)
    8. Less is best. The less people you have at your house/hotel the better. Stick to your bridal party only if possible. A house full of relatives asking you questions and hugging you will cause delays in your hair/makeup schedule.
    9. Don’t check the forecast every 5 minutes. You can’t control the weather so don’t stress over it.
    10. Positive vibes only. Today is about you and your partner, no one else. Don’t let any hiccups worry you. There are so many things to plan in a wedding and there are bound to be 1 or 2 things that may not go as planned and that’s ok because it’s you wedding day, you’re marrying the person you love!
